The Boise High School Orchestras, under the direction of Wendy Hartman, are proud to be a part of a successful string tradition in the Boise Schools Music Department. We have three orchestras at Boise High School. The Sophomore Orchestra is for all 10th grade string players. The Symphonic Orchestra is for 11th and 12th grade string players. The Chamber Orchestra is a 20-22 student select string ensemble, chosen from spring auditions. We hope you will find our orchestra site to be a valuable resource, not only for Boise High Orchestra students and parents, but others interested in our orchestra program outside the Boise community.
